  • Provide the necessary suggestions provided by the healthcare provider including the type of treatment\/procedure recommended, the approximate cost of the entire procedure\/treatment.<\/li>\n
  • Providing all the necessary information and costs regarding the visa arrangements as well as collecting the necessary documentation needed to get the visa.<\/li>\n
  • Provide an overall estimate about the duration of the treatment, the duration of their stay in India, the number of days needed for their recovery<\/li>\n
  • Help them decide their travel plans within the country post their treatment along with whatever special arrangements that have to be made<\/li>\n
  • Mail the itinerary on the basis of the availability of the medical personnel and the patient\u2019s convenient time and date of travel.<\/li>\n
  • Suggest and help in the decision making the process for the stay arraignments on the basis of the duration of stay, the type of additional facilities and services needed etc.<\/li>\n
  • Fixing the necessary appointments with the doctor, lab etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Once the patient lands in India and until he\/she flies back home, we will appoint a relationship manager to take care of all the needs and formalities on the client\u2019s behalf. During the stay, the relationship manager will be available 24\/7 to make sure that everything goes as per plan. He\/ She will also be available to handle any emergency situation just in case of any problems incurred during the trip. We will also make sure that we live up to the commitment that we have made to our client.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

    Some of our services on this front include<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • On arrival, we will make the necessary pick-up arrangements. We will also organize for an ambulance if there is a need just in case the patient has to be taken directly to the hospital.<\/li>\n
    • Along with that, we will also take care of all the admission procedure and ensure that everything goes as per plan.<\/li>\n
    • In case the patient has to go for any tests\/ examination, we will arrange for someone to be there at all times. This way, any running around is done by our staff instead of the patient or his\/her attendant doing it.<\/li>\n
    • Regular visits will be made by the relationship manager to keep a track of the updates on the patient\u2019s health and progress.<\/li>\n
    • The referral doctor\/ medical expert back home will also be updated with the patient\u2019s progress.<\/li>\n
    • Taking care of the discharge procedure and settling the hospital bills<\/li>\n

      Our responsibilities do not end when the patient goes back home. Even post his\/her treatment, we will keep in touch with the patient to ensure that his\/her recovery is going well. WE understand that a patient may require our help at any point of time. Just in case of any problems, the relationship manager assigned for the particular patient will do the needful and sort things out.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>
